The Guimelli Family has donated funds to The University of Western Australia ('the University') to provide a scholarship to encourage and assist a commencing student from a rural background who entered the University through the Broadway alternative entry pathway to pursue a bachelor degree with a major in Engineering Science.

The Giumelli Family has donated funds to The University of Western Australia (‘the University’) to provide a scholarship to encourage and assist a commencing student from a rural background who entered the University through the Broadway alternative entry pathway to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) at the University.

Requirements

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—
(a) be a domestic student;
(b) be a commencing student;
(c) be from a regional or remote area of Australia;
(d) have been offered a place at the University through the Broadway alternative entry pathway;
(e) be enrolled, or eligible to enrol—

• full-time, unless the Coursework Scholarship Committee is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances which preclude full-time enrolment; and
• in the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours).
