UQ Nicklin White Graduate Travel Scholarship 2025

The Scholarship was established in 2021 by funds received from a UQ Alumnus to encourage young UQ Chemical Engineering Graduates to study for a PhD at some of the world’s elite institutions overseas.

Up to $20,000 for 1 year.

Requirements

You're eligible if you:

• are an Australian citizen
• are a UQ Chemical Engineering graduate
• are enrolled full-time to study a PhD program at a top globally ranked Institution for chemical engineering
• have already been awarded a full scholarship and accepted to undertake a PhD program at a top globally ranked Institution for chemical engineering
• have provided an outline of the travel proposal and budget.

Application Documents

You will need:

• a cover letter
• a resume
• a copy of your studies report from my-SI-net
• to provide details of your study towards your PhD at the Eligible Overseas Institution
• evidence of your acceptance to study for your PhD program at an Eligible Overseas Institution.
• evidence that you have received a full scholarship for your study at an Eligible Overseas Institution
