University of Technology Sydney Engineering and Information Technology Dean’s Equity Scholarship 2027

This scholarship aims to support outstanding Year 12 students experiencing financial hardship and/or other educational disadvantages to undertake an FEIT undergraduate degree at UTS.

• Maximum $50,000 ($10,000 per year)

Requirements

To be eligible for the Scholarship, an applicant must meet all of the following criteria:

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, or the holder of an Australian permanent resident visa or permanent humanitarian visa; and
• Current school leavers or gap year students who graduated in the previous year where no tertiary study was undertaken in the gap year; and
• Have received an offer through UAC for a UTS Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology undergraduate degree; and
• Intended full-time enrolment in a UTS Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology undergraduate degree [1].
• Have applied for and/or been assessed under the Equity Scholarship or Educational Access Scheme via UAC and therein demonstrated financial disadvantage and/or other education disadvantages (at the time of Scholarship selection).

[1]  Students undertaking the Bachelor of Information Technology (Co-op) are not eligible.
