2026 University of Notre Dame Undergraduate International Welcome Scholarship

The University of Notre Dame Australia (University) offers the International Welcome Scholarship to provide tuition assistance to international students enrolling in Undergraduate programs at Notre Dame, excluding the Bachelor of Nursing.

Benefits

• The value of the Scholarship is 25 percent (25%) of annual indicative tuition fees for the full duration of the program. The Scholarship is awarded as a partial tuition fee waiver and does not cover costs such as living expenses, accommodation, transport, overseas student health cover or any other costs associated with study.
• Duration of Scholarship: Full duration of the applicable program.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Scholarship, students must:

• Be international full fee-paying students commencing an undergraduate coursework program, excluding the Bachelor of Nursing for the first time at The University of Notre Dame Australia;
• Have accepted an Offer of Admission (by the relevant deadline) and satisfied any admission requirements to study in any CRICOS registered undergraduate degree where the program is delivered on the University’s Sydney or Fremantle (Perth) Campuses; and
• Be eligible to apply for a Higher Education Sector Visa (Subclass 500).

For clarity, students are not eligible if they:

• Hold, or are eligible to hold, permanent residency in Australia;
• Are studying at the University as part of a study abroad or exchange program;
• Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at the University;
• Do not commence study in the session (semester) and year indicated in their offer. If commencement is deferred, any scholarship will be forfeited;
• Have had more than 200 units of credit or advanced standing awarded in relation to the postgraduate program they are commencing; or
• Are sponsored by a non-Australian Government funding body, under an agreement or arrangement that the funding body has with The University of Notre Dame Australia.

Selection Process

• There is no selection or application for this scholarship as it is automatically awarded to students who meet all the eligibility criteria.
