Benefits

The value of each Scholarship is $5000 per annum for the duration of the recipient’s studies.

Requirements

To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must:

• Be enrolled in their first semester of studies in a Bachelor of Nursing or a Bachelor of Nursing (EN Articulation Pathway) in the School of Nursing & Midwifery, Fremantle and Broome; and
• Be able to demonstrate the circumstances set out in the Selection Criteria.

Selection Process

In making their recommendation as to which applicant shall receive the Scholarship, the Selection Committee will consider the following circumstances, the details of which should be set out fully in their application:

• Financial need;
• Personal circumstances which warrant special consideration;
• Personal qualities and motivation;
• Academic merit; and
• Demonstrated care and empathy for patients.
