The Michael Andrew Access Scholarship was established with a gift from Mardi L Andrew, and is offered to students enrolling in a Bachelor of Commerce who are experiencing disadvantaged circumstances. Preference is given to students who completed secondary school in regional or remote areas of Australia.
This scholarship provides a living allowance of $10,000 per year for three years paid in half-yearly instalments of $5000 in April and September.
The scholarship is offered to the student(s) who have the highest overall level of disadvantage score based on the information provided in their VTAC and SEAS application. In the event of a tie, students with the highest ATARs will be offered the scholarship. Students who completed secondary school in regional or remote areas of Australia are given preference.
You are automatically considered if you have applied for admission to the University via VTAC Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS).
