University of Melbourne Federal Court of Victoria and Trinity Hall Scholarship 2025

The Federal Court of Victoria and Trinity Hall Scholarship is supported jointly by the Melbourne Law School and Trinity Hall and is awarded to students and graduates of the Melbourne Law School who are enrolling in the Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge.

Benefits

This scholarship provides a tuition fee sponsorship of £20,000.

Requirements

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

  • Be enrolled in the Juris Doctor or have graduated from the Melbourne Law School with a professional law degree
  • Have applied for the Master of Laws at the University of Cambridge with a first preference to reside at Trinity Hall Cambridge
  • Received an offer for the Master of Laws and membership to Trinity Hall by 1 May in the preceding year to the start of the course.

Conditions

This scholarship cannot be deferred. In addition, students must agree to the University sharing their name and course details with the donor of their scholarship and provide a note of appreciation or a brief report on the benefits of the scholarship if requested.

Interview Dates and Process

The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on their course entry score.
