UniSQ (ISSP) - Education Costs and Accommodation Costs Scholarships 2025

In 2025, UniSQ will offer a number of Indigenous Student Success Program (ISSP) Education and Accommodation Costs scholarships to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students experiencing financial need. Students who are commencing or continuing their studies in an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program at UniSQ are invited to apply.

Benefits

The scholarship/s will be paid in one instalment, to the maximum value as outlined below:

• $4000 – for Study Period 1 (e.g., Trimester 1 2025) recipients; or
• $3000 – for Study Period 2 or 3 (e.g., Trimesters 2 or 3 2025) recipients

Requirements

Education Costs and Accommodation Costs Scholarship applicants must:

• be a domestic student currently residing in Australia
• be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person of Australia
• be commencing or continuing their studies at UniSQ in any undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program in the study period of application (e.g., Trimesters 1, 2 or 3 2025)
  • continuing students must have a current Grade Point Average (GPA ) of at least 3.0
• be enrolled in a minimum of one study unit in the study period of application
• have a low-to-middle annual household income.
