The purpose of the Scholarship is to provide financial support and encouragement to commencing undergraduate Bachelor of Philosophy students enrolled at Notre Dame Australia, who have demonstrated academic excellence and a passion for philosophy.

Benefits
- The value of the Scholarship will be $20,000, for the duration of the scholarship. One scholarship is available per year.
Requirements
To be eligible for the Scholarship, applicants must:
- Be a Australian Citizen; and
- Be commencing undergraduate studies in the Bachelor of Philosophy (program 3311), at the University, excluding students enrolled in a combined degree program.
The Scholarship is awarded to the applicant who, in the opinion of the Selection Committee, best demonstrates through their application and supporting documentation:
- Academic merit; and
- Personal qualities and motivation.
Selection Process
- Applications and selection are administered in accordance with the Student Scholarships Procedure.
- Applications must be made via the University website.
- Selection must be undertaken by the Notre Dame Scholarships Selection Committee.
- Selections will be made based on assessment of the application and any supporting documentation
- All applicants will be notified of an outcome via email.
- The University reserves the right not to award the scholarship.
