The Leadership, Excellence and Diversity (LEAD) scholarship was established in 2016 and is maintained by funds from external donors. The scholarship also provides a dedicated academic mentor and a non-residential membership of a UQ college in first year. Non-residential memberships include services such as college meals, events, use of recreational facilities, internal courses and a strong collegiate network during the transition from high school to university.
