The SNXG (Swinburne Engineering Excellence Group) scholarships, funded by Technotia Laboratories, support high-achieving engineering students at different study stages.

Benefits

• Stipend of up to AUD $10,000, plus mentoring, industry engagement and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Applicants must be: 

• an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen, Australian permanent resident, or International student (must not hold a Swinburne International Scholarship)
• be a second year, third year or masters student at Swinburne in Semester 1, 2027
• be enrolled full-time in one of the following courses:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Professional)
  • Master of Engineering   
• have a distinction average, or higher, from the previous year of study.

Submit a personal statement of up to 500 words or a short 2 minute video addressing:

• your passion for engineering, and
• how the scholarship will assist you in achieving your career aspirations and contributing to a better world.

• Academic transcript

Provide an academic transcript of previous year of study.

• Written reference

Provide a written reference from a teacher, community leader, or employer. Note: referees cannot be a family member or friend.
