The Spinal Cord Injury PhD and Master of Philosophy Top-up Scholarship is open to Australian and New Zealand students to undertake a PhD or Master of Philosophy at QUT comprising translational research to improve the quality of life, approaches to care, or recovery of people with spinal cord injuries. Topics may be situated in any discipline, including but not restricted to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, nursing, exercise physiology and social work, or may be interdisciplinary.

Requirements
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- be an Australian or New Zealand student studying or applying for a PhD or Master of Philosophy and meet QUT’s admission requirements
- maintain full-time enrolment
- apply and be successful in obtaining a substantive scholarship through the annual scholarship round or via an alternative scholarship opportunity.
- In certain circumstances, a potential student who has not been offered a scholarship may be considered for a full scholarship in addition to top-up and costs. Contact us for more information.
- be studying translational research that aims to improve the quality of life, approaches to care, or recovery of people with spinal cord injuries including in the fields of physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, nursing, exercise physiology and social work, or interdisciplinary.
