Seeking PhD students to work on food biopolymers for improving techno functionalities and value addition, plant-based food valorisation and comparing quality of plant-based and meat-based food products.
Emerging technologies offer promising potentials for producing biopolymers with novel functionalities. The aim of these projects is to study improving technofunctionalities of important food biopolymers using innovative technologies for valorisation.
Up to $31,000 per annum for three years with a possible extension of six months (full-time).
