Allen & Unwin is Australia's leading independent publisher and was the 2023 Publisher of the Year. They have been voted 'Publisher of the Year' fifteen times including in the inaugural award in 1992 and twelve times since 2000.

Requirements

To be eligible for this award you must be:

• enrolled in a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Creative Writing) undergraduate degree
• either:
  • an Australian or New Zealand Citizen
  • a permanent resident
  • the holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
  • an international student who has completed high school in Australia.
