Benefits

• $6000 per annum (48 credit points of study) for the duration of your degree.

Requirements

You must be one of the following:

• An Australian citizen
• A New Zealand citizen
• Australian permanent resident
• Australian humanitarian visa holder

You must meet the following criteria:

• Commencing student, enrolled or intending to enrol in an undergraduate degree in the Faculty of Law at a Monash campus in Australia.
• From one or more of the following educational disadvantaged categories:
  • Indigenous Australian
  • Experiencing difficult family and life circumstances
  • Regional and remote areas
  • Living with a disability or medical condition
  • Attended an under-represented school
  • First in family

Selection Process

Scholarship is awarded based on need.

How To Apply

• VTAC applicants - If you think you might be eligible for an equity scholarship, ensure that you apply for the Special Entry Access Scheme (SEAS) through VTAC to be automatically considered.
• This scholarship cannot be deferred.
