Federation University Navigator North Offshore Wind Gippsland Scholarships 2026

The Navigator North Offshore Wind Gippsland Scholarships are open to students who reside in the Gippsland region and are undertaking undergraduate or postgraduate studies in allied health, business, education, engineering, environmental science or information technology at the Gippsland Campus or online. Preference will be given to students who identify as woman/female or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

Benefits

  • Recipients will receive $5,000 in two instalments: $2,500 after the first census date and $2,500 after the second census date.

Requirements

  • Domestic or International student
  • New/commencing or continuing student in 2026
  • Enrolled in one of the following courses:
    • Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) (Honours)
    • Bachelor of Business (majors in Economics, Finance, Management, and Marketing)
    • Bachelor of Education (any undergraduate education degree)
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Electrical or Mechanical)
    • Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science
    • Bachelor of Information Technology (majors in AI and Data Science and Professional Practice)
    • Bachelor of Science (majors in Environmental & Conservation Science, Environmental Restoration, and Geoscience)
    • Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours)
    • Bachelor of Physiotherapy
    • Bachelor of Science (majors in Environmental & Conservation Science, Environmental restoration and Geoscience)
    • Bachelor of Science (Environmental Science)
    • Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours)
    • Graduate Certificate in Community Energy and Micro-Grid
    • Graduate Diploma's in Data Science and Early Childhood Education
    • Master’s Degrees in Applied Cybersecurity, Education, Engineering Technology (Mining), and Speech Pathology
  • Studying at the Gippsland Campus
  • Student must reside in the Gippsland region
  • Preference will be given to student who identifies as woman/female or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
