Applicants must meet the following criteria to be eligible to apply through the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarships Program:
1) If this scholarship opportunity excites you, and your research skills and experience are a good fit for the areas of research offered at Curtin University, you should contact a potential Registered Supervisor, expressing your interest (EOI) to discuss or detail your project ideas.
2) Your EOI should include your current curriculum vitae, academic transcripts and a summary of your research skills and experience.
3) If the supervisor is available, and appropriate to support your research journey, they will provide an invitation to apply.
4) With your invitation to apply, you can now start your admission application.
5) Successful applicants will receive a Curtin offer of admission.
6) With your offer of admission you can request to be considered for this scholarship opportunity by emailing the Graduate Research School (GRS) The GRS will thereafter invite you to a scholarship selection interview, where you can discuss your research and what scholarship support may be required to meet your research goals.
