      1.    Feedback plays a critical role in personal development, shaping how individuals understand their progress and adjust their strategies in the classroom, on the sporting field/pool, and in the performing arts auditorium. Describe a time when feedback affected your motivation (either positively or negatively). Analyse why that feedback had the effect it did. How did you respond, or, in hindsight, how should you have responded?

      2.    Different people in a group can have different ideas about what they are trying to achieve. Think about a group project you participated in where not everyone shared the same priorities (for example, getting good marks, finishing quickly, or learning new skills).
Explain what factors led to the success or failure of the group project.
