Annual RMIT competitive scholarship round 2025

This project focuses on methane mitigation in rice agriculture through practices like alternate wetting and drying, biochar, and fertiliser optimisation. It potentially includes field trials, carbon accounting, and geospatial analysis in Southeast Asia, with potential for carbon credit generation and farmer co-benefits. EOI deadline is 30 Aug 2025 for Internationals and 30 Sept 2025 for Domestic applicants. Scholarship recipients are expected to commence their program in 2026, with a preferred start date in the first or second quarter of the year.
