- The Scholarship will provide a stipend allowance of $42,754 per annum for up to 3.5 years, subject to satisfactory academic performance.
Requirements
You must:
- be willing to apply for admission, have an offer of admission or being currently enrolled to study full-time in a PhD student within the Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney
- conduct research in how sleep influences pain, function, and recovery in people living with chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) pain conditions such as osteoarthritis and low back pain.
Selection Process
- The successful applicant will be awarded the Scholarship on the basis of:
- academic merit,
- cover letter detailing interest in subject area, and
- contact details of two academic referees.
- Shortlisted applicants may be required to attend an interview.
- The successful applicant will be awarded the Scholarship on the nomination of the relevant research supervisor(s), or their nominated delegate(s).
