The purpose of this scholarship is to provide assistance with tuition fees for high achieving international students who are commmencing a relevant degree program at The University of Queensland in 2026.

Benefits

• If you're awarded the scholarship, the 25% tuition fee reduction will be applied prior to the tuition fees due date each semester.

Requirements

You're eligible if you:

• are an international student.

And you:

• have applied to study full-time at UQ commencing in 2026 in an eligible program. Check the scholarship terms and conditions (PDF, 187 KB).
• have received an unconditional offer in an eligible program (or have satisfied all the conditions of a conditional offer).
• have satisfied the program entry rank and English language proficiency requirements.
• have achieved a competitive score as determined by the University among the pool of offer holders for programs in their commencement semester.

And you have not:

• received another scholarship, tuition fee reduction or rebate from UQ. 
• received a full scholarship/sponsorship from another organisation (applicants with partial scholarships/sponsorships may be considered).

Selection Process

• Scholarship is awarded based on academic excellence.

How To Apply

You don't need to apply for this scholarship. When you apply to study a program at UQ, you're automatically considered for this scholarship if you meet the eligibility criteria.
