The Holding Redlich Indigenous Scholarship was established with a gift from Holding Redlich and is awarded to Indigenous students who are enrolling in the Juris Doctor and are experiencing disadvantaged circumstances.

Benefits
- This scholarship provides a living allowance of $10,000 per year for three years.
- In the first semester of enrolment, the living allowance will be split into an establishment allowance of $1500 paid shortly after enrolment and a half-yearly instalment of $3500 paid in April. For the remaining duration, the living allowance will be paid in half-yearly instalments of $5000 in April and September.
Requirements
To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
- Be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person by descent, identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person, and be accepted as such by the community in which you live or have lived
- Have applied for the Juris Doctor through Graduate Access Melbourne (GAM) under the 'Disadvantaged socio-economic circumstances' category and submitted the Disadvantaged Socio-economic Circumstances Supplementary Form
- Meet the Graduate Access Melbourne entry requirements for the Juris Doctor
Selection Process
- The scholarship is offered to the student(s) ranked highest by the selection panel based on the information provided in their Graduate Access Melbourne application and supplementary form.
