Benefits

  • A total value of $60,000 paid as a cash stipend of $7,500 per semester. The amount can be used at the recipient's discretion to contribute towards educational related expenses.

Requirements

  • Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
  • Selected Curtin University as a first preference through TISC or apply direct to Curtin to undertake an eligible degree in 2026
  • Receive a course offer into an eligible degree at Curtin University in Semester 1, 2026
  • Will enrol full-time (100 credits per study period) at Curtin University in semester 1, 2026
  • Demonstrated financial hardship and low socioeconomic status
  • Not be in receipt of any other scholarships that are from the same funding source and/or for the same purpose
