Using a bioinformatics analysis pipeline, this research will investigate whether vaccination responses are affected by the microbiome profile, and whether it changes according to the vaccination sequence, or the age (young adults or elderly) or sex of the vaccinees.
Applicants need to have a background in immunology, genetics or bioinformatics. They must have completed a relevant Bachelor’s Degree and Honour’s or Master’s.
