2026 O. F. Blakey Engineering Memorial Scholarship at The University of Western Australia

Mr Ralph Edward Pennington bequeathed funds to The University of Western Australia to provide a scholarship to assist and encourage a high-achieving student to undertake the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) or Master of Professional Engineering degree course with a major or specialisation in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering at the University.

• $2,750 per semester for a maximum of four semesters.

Requirements

To be eligible to apply for a scholarship, an applicant must—

• have received, or accepted, an offer of a place in the Master of Professional Engineering (MPE) at UWA;
• be enrolling in the first 24 points of the MPE specialising in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering; or
• be enrolled and have completed 96 points of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) majoring in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering
